• All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We do our best to keep stock information updated, but in rare cases a product may become unavailable after you place your order.
• Prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price at the time of purchase will be honored.
• Product images on the website are for reference purposes. Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography.
• We sell only 100% original products from authorized brands. All products are sourced through legitimate supply channels.

Orders

When you place an order on our website, it serves as an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

• Orders are confirmed once you receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
• We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, there is a pricing error on the website, or we are unable to verify your payment or delivery details.
• If your order is cancelled by us, you will be notified promptly and any payment already made will be refunded in full.
• Please review your order carefully before confirming, including product selection, quantity, and delivery address.

Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash to the courier when your order arrives. Available for all locations across Pakistan.
• Bank Transfer / E-Banking: Transfer the order amount to our bank account before dispatch. Bank details are shared after order placement.

Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
• Orders above Rs 5,000 qualify for free delivery. Standard shipping charges apply to orders below Rs 5,000, calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
• Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery within Lahore typically takes 1-2 working days.
• Orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Decent Stationery is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or events beyond our control.
• Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect customer information.

Returns and Exchange

• You may request a return or exchange within 4 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by us.
• Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested product is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
• Certain products such as opened ink bottles, used art supplies, customized items, and sale/clearance items are not eligible for return.
