We ship to all cities and towns across Pakistan. Whether you are in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, or any other city, we deliver right to your doorstep through our trusted courier partners.
For areas outside major cities, delivery may take an additional 1-2 working days depending on the courier service coverage in your region.

Note: Shipping charges for orders below Rs 5,000 are calculated based on your location and the weight of your package. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery times are estimated from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date of order placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days after confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email with your tracking details.
During peak seasons, sale events, or high-demand periods, processing may take an additional day. We always try our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking number with you via WhatsApp or email. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to check the real-time status of your delivery.
If you have not received tracking information within 2 working days of placing your order, please contact us and we will update you on the status.
Packaging
All orders are carefully packed to make sure your products arrive in perfect condition. Fragile items like glass ink bottles, ceramic pen holders, and delicate art supplies are given extra protective packaging.
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage so we can resolve it for you.
Important Notes
Incorrect Address: Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. Re-dispatch charges may apply in such cases.
Bulk Orders: For bulk or wholesale orders, delivery timelines and shipping charges may vary. Please contact us on WhatsApp for bulk order inquiries.
